Marković MVP poslednjeg kola

Kako je odigrano poslednje kolo Esake lige, tako su poznati svi učesnici plej ofa. U završnici tog takmičenja Srbiju će predstavljati četiri košarkaša i jedan trener. U pitanju su: Nikola Marković (KAO Drama), Andreja Milutinović, Vladimir Petrović (Apolon), Uroš Duvnjak (Panionios), kao i šef stručnog štaba Arisa, Milan Minić. 

Prvopomenutom igraču je pripala titula najkorisnijeg košarkaša poslednjeg kola. Marković je u pobedi njegovog tima nad Trikalom (108:103) upisao dabl-dabl učinak od 21 poena i 15 skokova, a uz to je imao i tri asistencije, za valorizaciju 37. KAOD je tako takmičenje završio na šestoj poziciji, pa će mu rival u četvrtfinalu plej ofa biti Duvnjakov Panionios. 

Najteže zadatke će imati Aris srpskog stručnjaka Minića i Milutinovićev i Petrovićev Apolon. Srpski stručnjak je solunski tim preuzeo u nezavidnoj situaciji, ali je kao sedmoplasirani uspeo da izbori doigravanje, gde će mu rival biti Olimpijakos. Ekipa iz Patre će sa osme pozicije ići na noge Panatinaikosu. 

Prve utakmice plej ofa se igraju 6. maja.
